PNEUCON's latest improvements in design makes this unit a truly cGMP model, versatile in operation & almost Maintenance free. Unit consists of S.s. quality Vacuum feed hopper with rotary valve & processing chamber with beaters assembly, heavy duty motor, and starter with overload relay, suitable screen, and s.s. cladded base having tubular legs and anti-vibration pads. Split type chamber and beater assembly completely enables to reverse the beater position from "Knife" forward to "Impact" forward and vice versa without lifting the chamber. The chamber is also easily accessible for cleaning. The slope, of material entrance to the active zone is specially designed that the material enters the grinding chamber smoothly. The discharge can be directly connected on demand to the pneumatic conveying system for further transfer to any process equipment. Safety of operator is insured using electrical interlocks at chamber as well as belt guard.
