Rapid Mixer Granulator

PNEUCON'S r Granulator is specifically designed for efficient mixing and wet granulation of powders, providing consistent quality. These machines offer a wide range of features for raw material and binder charging, variants for setting up, cleaning and control apart from connection s to wet mill and downstream process such as Fluid Bed Drying. We manufacture machines meeting to the highest cGMP standards.

SALIENT FEATURES

All the product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel SS 316 & non contact from SS 304.
Specially designed Impeller for efficient mixing.
Laterally mounted Granulator with 4Â½ blade design to have a better granulation.
Binder charging port will be provided on the Top lid of the bowl with binder charging funnel and ball valve manufactured from SSÂ½316.
Glass window will be provided at the top lid for process visualization from SSÂ½316 and Food grade material.
2 nos. 2" Triclover joint with a blind ferrules will be provided at the top lid for Material charging system.
Filter assembly will be provided on top lid in Stainless steel housing.
Pneumatically operated Top Lid & Discharge gate with Electropneumatic positioning for fail safe operation and operator safety.
Top lid & Discharge gate opening and closing with Non contact magnetic switch/ Proximity switch, and interlocked with central control system.
Main structure will be manufactured from heavy duty square MS tube with paint and is covered with SS 304 guard.
Stair case, platform and main structure will be covered from SS 304 chequered sheet.
Control console via. PLC based controls.
All the Pneumatic components are of "Festo" OR "Janatics" make.
Equipment air and purging air control via differential air pressure switches.
