The raw sugar syrup is continuously cooked to achieve the finished and fine quality syrup for further process to make confectionery items like chocolates, chikki, jellyetc.
The coil tank is provided with spiral coil from bottom to upward direction in a loop and the tank is filled with oil for cooking purpose. The oil is heated with the help of steam coming from boiler at a temperature of 200-250°C which is enough to get the actual temperature of 160-180°C for making the finished syrup. Temperature sensors and indicators are provided for ensuring the process temperature to get the best product output.
