SUGAR HANDLING SYSTEM
Accurate dosing of sugar is very essential to get consistent product quality in food industry and PNEUCON's PLC based  handling systems handles sugar & broken biscuit dosing very accurately in multiple product and multiple line running system. Sugar can be taken from bags or silo and transferred into service silo using air blower or else crystal sugar bags can be placed on the Bag tilter which lifts the bag and dump it in to the feed bin. Further the sugar is grinded and transferred to the silo or bin with the help of pneumatic transfer system. Silo is connected to the vibro shifter where the sugar is freed from the foreign particles if any and even granules are achieved. The sugar is then discharged to the transport vessel where the shifter is interlocked with the weighing controllers.
 
When the preset weight is achieved the blower drives the material to the weighing hopper. Each creamer has separate weighing hoppers. As per the hoppers and corresponding recipe running atthe creamer or mixer sugar is discharged for further process. Accurate records are maintained batch wise, creamer wise, product wise etc.
